Sun Pride occupies a tight urban corner plot on Kesar Bagh Road, Indore, its street presence built from a simple material contrast: a pale plastered volume folding around a full-height bay of vertical wood-toned louvred screens that shade the glazed office floors behind. A cantilevered top-floor terrace, planted with a green roof and screened by a perforated steel canopy, caps the composition above a warm, timber-panelled interior of arched stair motifs and marble detailing.
